The UFPA is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the interests and welfare of football players. Our mission is to provide support, representation, and resources to players in order to ensure fair treatment, competitive wages, and safe working conditions. 

With well over 25 years of professional playing experience to over 30 years of counseling, bargaining, representing and helping players. The UFPA is more than equipped with an unlimited network within the football world to a wealth of knowledge to best position players at this level.

Empowerment: We strive to empower football players to take control of their careers, advocate for their rights, and make informed decisions. Through education, support, and resources, we help players develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed on and off the field.

Accountability: We hold ourselves accountable to our members, partners, and the football community. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all of our actions and decisions.

Mindfulness: We approach our work with a mindful and compassionate mindset, taking into consideration the well-being and holistic development of our members. We promote mental health awareness, stress management, and self-care practices to support the overall health and happiness of football players.
