Ryan Cave, a native of Beaufort, SC, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. He holds a BS in Health and Physical Education from Hampton University. Ryan’s athletic career spanned 10 years, during which he played professional football in three different leagues: UFL, CFL, and AFL. Following his athletic career, Ryan transitioned into labor organizing, amassing 14 years of experience across various sectors, including sports, tire, manufacturing, and clean energy. His expertise includes bargaining, organizing, grievance and arbitration handling. Notably, Ryan negotiated his first CBA at the age of 21 and served as both the president and vice president of the Arena Football League Players Union.

Ryan’s most recent accomplishments include organizing the Blue Bird Bus Company in Macon, GA, as well as organizing and negotiating the CBA for the USFL Football League.
