Dennis Polian

Dennis Polian is a veteran executive, administrator, and coach. With nearly 30 years of working experience in college and professional football, Dennis has served in roles dedicated to supporting players and coaches through times and events such as hurricane Katrina, a new salary cap in the CFL, a new collective bargaining agreement, the Super Bowl, the Sugar Bowl, the Big XII Championship and the beginning of NIL in college football.

He has held senior and managerial roles at the Arena Football League, the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats; universities such as Boston College, Columbia University, Tulane University, Texas A&M, University of Arizona and Baylor University; and in the National Football League with the Minnesota Vikings, Indianapolis Colts, and Tennessee Titans. Most recently, he served as the General Manager for the Memphis Showboats for the UFL’s inaugural season in 2024.

Dennis is a graduate of Villanova University (BA), Boston College (MS), and is currently a Candidate for Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University.

He lives in Waco, Texas with his wife Jenny and their two children, Finn and Millerr; where they own and operate McLaughlin Rose Insurance Services and Farmers Insurance – The Polian Agency, serving families throughout Texas.
