Kenneth Farrow II

Founder and President of the UFPA

Kenneth Farrow II is an Irving, Texas native who Graduated from the University of Houston in 2015 with a sociology degree and is currently going back for a business degree from the University of Miami.

Kenneth has played at the NFL level for 4 years, played in the AAF in 2019, and both recent versions of the XFL in 2020 and 2023. He’s been involved in every spring league that has come up over the last 6 years and after the pandemic shut down the XFL, he took it upon himself along with teammate Nick Temple to create the UFPA. An organization dedicated to making sure players were not left out of the loop when it came to information that could change the trajectory of their careers. He has been a leader in every organization he has been a part of and has been very vocal about players having a voice in the spring league level of football. After being an instrumental piece in successfully organizing and getting the USFL players a seat at the bargaining table in 2022, he was drafted by the Arlington Renegades in 2023 who would go on to win the championship in his final season before retiring at the age of 30. Through his work and persistent effort, men at this level now have a chance to sit along side with owners and be in a true partnership to grow and make the game better for players at this level.
